The Lions' International is the worlds largest service club.  Meetings are held every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month commencing at 7:00 PM.  Meetings are located at # 31 Chapman Street.  New members are always welcome!

We provide the Lifeline Services and Helping Hands.  We lend medical equipment for those in need.
Presently, we have these items available:

  • 1 Hospital bed
  • 2 commodes
  • 1 Toilet riser
  • 1 walker (nowheels)
  • 2 metal crutches

We collect eye glasses and hearing aids to assist in supporting BC Kids Camp.
Fundraising is done by providing Ice and Sand bags throughout the year, as well as distributing Christmas hampers. Periodically, we hold Community raffle.

As a club, we maintain "Lions Beach" RV Campground.  It is equipped with RV sites (with/without power), a playground and docking facilities.
We organize the Dog Walk annually and we support our club by recycling bottles, cans, and batteries up to nine (9) Volts.

You can contact any of our members to help with projects or donations.
